Monique Francis is a purpose-driven marketer with expertise in helping brands and organizations connect to audiences through culture, tell their stories, and affect meaningful change. She currently serves as Head of Marketing at HOORAE Media, an Issa Rae company and named as one of Fast Company’s Brand That Matter in 2023. At HOORAE, Francis recently launched its brand marketing division Fête and oversees marketing strategy and operations for HOORAE and its banners, including HOORAE Film & TV, the audio everywhere company Raedio, and talent management firm ColorCreative.

Francis has worked for more than 10 years creating brand strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and social impact initiatives for major brands and organizations such as the Coca-Cola Company, Constellation Brands, the Alzheimer’s Association, All Voting is Local, Petco, JP Morgan Chase, Wilson Sporting Goods, and BODYARMOR, among others. Prior to joining Hoorae, Francis was a Client Strategist within the Entertainment and Culture division of UTA’s MediaLink and also served as a Co-Head of Content and Social Impact Executive within CAA Brand Consulting.

As a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, Monique is an advisor for the social change app, COMMUNITYx, and serves as a founding member of Social Change Fund United, which supports organizations working to dismantle systemic racism, empower communities of color, and sustainably build a fair, equitable society.
