Megan Pagliuca is the Chief Activation Officer for Omnicom Media Group in North America. She is responsible for leading the vision, practice, product evolution and internal and external platform adoption across all media channels. An ad tech veteran, Megan began her career at Right Media, the first advertising exchange where she led the Demand Side Platform business. Megan then built Merkle’s digital media practice, bridging the worlds of CRM & media. She joined Omnicom in 2015 as the CEO of Accuen, OMG’s programmatic division and then as Chief Data & Media Officer of Hearts & Science led the application programmatic thinking to mass media channels. Megan recently left NYC and is a resident of the Miami metro area where she enjoys teaching her daughters how to swim.
