Delphine plays an integral role in designing transformative solutions powered by signals to approach marketers’ business challenges in unique ways. As Chief Data & Analytics Officer, Wavemaker North America, Delphine is dedicated to applying the agency's positive provocation blueprint across connecting search, social, programmatic and commerce capabilities in service of driving client’s bottom lines. She believes that our industry needs to grow fearlessly to embrace a world where modelling and predictive algorithms have become a new norm. In addition, her selection as a Media Post All Star is just one of the many accolades that solidify her stellar strategic work ethic.

Since taking the helm of Wavemaker’s data science team in April 2021, Delphine has fully crafted a new organizational model at the agency to bring marketing intelligence and science to the next level. In her first 12 weeks at the agency, Delphine promptly published her vision for supporting client growth, renamed her practice, created new innovative products and predictive models, and shared her unique perspective with clients on industry-shaking developments (like privacy evolution and 1PD). In line with Delphine’s vision to scale Wavemaker's MIS practice, she lead 100% of her team of 100+ to earn their Google GA4 certifications. Looking to the future, Delphine and her team published four thought
leadership reports to harness the power of data titled: “The Power of Contextual,” “Clean Room: enabling collaborative analytics,” “A Future with New Signals: a reset for the whole industry” and IdX: roll-out planning.

Prior to joining WPP, Delphine held various positions across large technology companies such as Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon focusing on data and technology strategy and product development including a focus on data governance and growth strategy for brands. She also held local and global data and analytics leadership positions agency-side at Dentsu International and Publicis working on global accounts such as Adidas, Microsoft, Diageo, Disney.

When she is not developing future- proof predictive data models, you can find Delphine hunting down murals from her favorite street artist James Goldcrown and finding the awesome in life.
