Michael brings to Mondelez International more than 20 years of integrated marketing and digital experience working at the largest media agency holding companies and serving some of the most innovative and customer centric global brands including Spotify, Volkswagen, American Express, Bank of America, and Vonage.

His career has been at the evolution and convergence of digital, data, media, and technology, and his work has centered around the continuous development of future-focused capabilities and navigating complex marketplace changes to produce positive business outcomes.

In his current role, and as a member of the Global Consumer Experience (CX) Leadership Team, he is responsible for driving the development and scale of Mondelēz’ 0/1st party Consumer Data and CRM capabilities across Global markets working with our Brand, Technology, Retail, Agency, and JBP media partners. He strives to ensure that our data strategy and its’ deployment maximizes the acquisition and activation of data to create a unique value exchange with our consumers, all while maintaining the highest levels of Privacy. He also co-manages our Global relationship with Google and Data.Monks leading projects that address challenges around identity, cookie deprecation, and our focus on the technology aspect of the MDLZ digital strategy and transformation.

Michael joined in August 2020 from IPG’s digital investment unit where he oversaw partnership development across US agency clients. He was also a member of Mediabrands key strategic project teams for the CCPA readiness program, digital partner consolidation, and supply chain optimization. Prior to that, he held senior agency leadership positions at Dentsu, GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, and Havas.

Michael is active across the digital and data community serving on industry advisory boards, as a frequent speaker and writer, and advisor for technology companies. He is a graduate of The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management in Washington DC. Michael lives in Livingston, NJ with his wife Suzanne, and kids Reese and Jack.
