Nicole is a strategy-driven, data-loving, stop-at-nothing executive who turned around and built up one of the most diverse and inclusive esports organizations in the world, Evil Geniuses, under the belief that in esports, you cannot separate commercial results from cultural and competitive impact. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Game*HERS, a women-led technology platform and community dedicated to amplifying and centering the voices of women, femme-identifying gamers, and non-binary gamers. Prior to working in gaming, she worked in Corporate Development, M&A, and Distressed Asset Turnaround Investing.
