Ali Weiss is Chief Marketing Officer at Glossier, the digital-first beauty company on a mission to inspire everyone to find joy and confidence in their personal beauty style. In her current position, Ali oversees Brand, Creative, and Product, and Consumer Insights. During her tenure at the company, which started early on in 2015, Ali has played an integral role in driving Glossier’s industry-defining approach to building brand, community, and experiences. Prior to Glossier, Ali held several roles at BlackRock in financial institutions account management and corporate strategy, and as the chief of staff to the Head of iShares. She graduated from Stanford University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
