NeAndre Broussard is the CEO of BMW Digital and the Founder of the Black Menswear movement. As a cultural impact agency, BMW Digital develops campaigns that champion positive narratives, build communities through connectivity, and foster economic growth for Black creators. As the CEO, NeAndre has led the development of a cultural impact agency connecting brands to an emerging market: the African American man. BMW Digital delivers real, raw, and purposeful conversations through content development, influencer marketing, strategic consulting, experiential activations, and data development. NeAndre is also the host of the Revolt Network podcast The Check-In With Black Menswear.

As a former sales leader, NeAndre focused on recruiting, educating, and motivating independent agencies and their respective agents about life insurance concepts for business owners and retirement planning strategies. He’s also the founder of National Life Group’s B.U.I.L.D., Blacks Uplifted in Leadership Development, to create a home for the ongoing leadership development of Black financial services agents as part of an initiative to positively impact the African American community.

He’s a Southern Methodist University graduate, an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and enjoys playing, watching, and coaching sports. He is based in DeSoto, TX, where he lives with his wife and two sons.
