Although initially destined for a career in finance, Rob's passion for advertising led him to the creative industry, where he has been instrumental in crafting impactful and business-driving campaigns. At VaynerMedia, Rob has completely transformed the agency’s creative product by deploying a consumer-centric approach that places social media at the core of creative executions. His work spans from viral TikTok videos to iconic Super Bowl spots, reflecting his ability to create culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with today’s consumers.

In his role as Global CCO, Rob also stays connected to the pulse of social media by regularly creating content across his personal channels, which helps him understand the nuances of each platform. Prior to VaynerMedia, Rob served as Deputy Chief Creative Officer at Grey New York, where he led award-winning work for brands like Volvo, Febreze, Hasbro, and Darden Restaurants. His leadership at Grey earned the agency its first-ever Grand Prix Lion, Titanium Lion, and Creative Effectiveness Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
