Alejandra Salazar is a creative and cultural leader, speaker, and Founder & CEO of CROING, a women-led creative agency and cultural hub, one of the 0.1% of agencies founded by women. With over 10 years in the industry, CROING crafts culturally relevant campaigns for brands including Sony Electronics, L’Occitane, Sol de Janeiro, Telecom, Diageo, the City of Miami, and Adidas, connecting them with people. Based in New York, CROING operates across Miami, Mexico, Chile, and Buenos Aires.

Alejandra is also the host of Women Who Brand, an initiative empowering women in the creative industry. She contributes to Campaign US, has spoken at Cannes Lions, Brandweek, Inter Miami, Digiday, and over 50 corporations, and serves as a mentor at Parsons and advisor at Women.NYC.

Currently, Alejandra is writing Closer, a homonymous novel about a Venezuelan woman in New York, transforming creativity and culture into power, a story of resilience, love, and invention.
