Sid Malhotra is the Global Vice President of SMB and Mid-Market at Snap Inc.
In this executive role, Sid serves a large cross-functional team–spanning business development, marketing, growth, operations, and customer success–dedicated to helping small and mid-sized businesses grow on Snapchat. SMBs are a primary growth engine for Snapchat’s Ads business.
Prior to Snap, Sid seeded and scaled Meta’s SMB ads business before launching Grammarly’s B2B solution as Head of Self-Service and B2B Revenue. An engineer by trade and an entrepreneur at heart, Sid co-founded a SaaS company early in his career, which sparked his interest and excitement in supporting SMBs.
Throughout his career, Sid has worn many hats including product developer, data scientist, and head of marketing. His career adventures have taken him across the world to learn and deeply understand major markets like China, India, Europe, and North America. He believes wholeheartedly that grit and customer-centricity are force multipliers for lasting success, and he aims to instill these qualities in his team.
Sid holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering. He currently lives in Danville, CA, with his wife and two kids, his real bosses.
