Zeny (@ZenysWorld) is the Global Creator Inclusion Lead at Pinterest. She focuses on leading creator and content partnerships globally that bring more diversity and representation to Pinterest. Through programs like the Creator Inclusion Fund, Zeny and her team focus on increasing pathways to success for partners from historically marginalized communities.
Zeny‘s combined love of community building, cultivating relationships, and sharing untold stories has led to her career curating connections between rising talent and global brands in the integrated marketing space.
With over a decade working with prestigious global brands – like American Express and P&G – she has also built diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and roadmaps to foster greater representation and equity between creators and brands - and within every organization she’s worked for, leading to her being honored as a 2021 Female Frontier for Championing Change by Campaign Magazine.
A proud Nor-Cal native living in NYC, Zeny loves discovering new coffee shops in her Harlem neighborhood and immersing herself within cultures around the globe. Currently, she’s pinning Nail Vibes to inspire her monthly nail looks and vacation hairstyles to her HairForIt board.
