As Vice President, Head of Global Content, Media, and Partnerships, Dan is responsible for designing, developing, and executing Hilton’s enterprise-wide global content, media, and partnership strategy, and served an integral role in the launch and continued activations around Hilton’s first global brand platform, “Hilton. For the Stay.” Dan and his team are focused on creating highly relevant content, driving creative excellence, and cultivating partnerships that match the interests of customers with what Hilton and our brands uniquely offer.
Dan joined Hilton from Disney, where he helped connect with audiences through new digital channels and content formats. In his most recent position as Vice President, Digital Media at Disney Streaming, he led digital strategy, growth marketing, and monetization for entertainment brands like ABC. He was also responsible for leveraging Disney’s owned digital channels to drive subscriber growth and engagement for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. Previously, Dan led Content and Audience Development for the Disney Digital Network, focusing on creating new forms of digital storytelling, developing growth strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Disney.com, launching editorial brands like Oh My Disney, and expanding their influencer marketing capabilities. Dan also led the creation of several popular short-form video series, like the award-winning As Told By Emoji, which was franchised into a mobile game, books, and consumer products.

Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Dan held various marketing positions at Toyota, where he most recently led Digital Marketing for the luxury brand, Lexus. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
