Tulani is currently the Vice President of Social Media at National Geographic where she leads social strategy and planning across television, editorial and magazine. She has worked in the digital space for the last 13 years, she started her career working on a wide range of clients at agencies in New York and Washington DC. Prior to her current position, Tulani was the Global Lead, Social and Editorial at Prime Video and the Vice President of Social Media at FOX Entertainment.
Tulani has created social storytelling and marketing campaigns across sectors, including in the government, non-profit, entertainment and consumer products/devices spaces. This has given her a holistic perspective on the importance of tech and digital, and the impactful role that social media marketing plays in any project, campaign or brand. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Spelman College and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
