As Rothy’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jamie Gersch oversees global brand marketing and eCommerce strategies as Rothy’s expands its loyal community of over 2.8M customers.
Prior to joining Rothy’s, Jamie Gersch led Old Navy’s global marketing team that was responsible for growing brand love through the democracy of style and service for the whole family. Her personal passion is focused on ensuring all marketing components reflect the brand’s true essence and resonate emotionally with consumers. As CMO, Jamie created breakthrough campaigns, including 2022's “Written by the Internet” and 2021’s “BODEQUALITY” campaigns, as well as defining and launching Old Navy’s values platform: The Imagine Mission, focused on creating a better future for future generations through inclusivity, opportunity and sustainability.

Prior to Old Navy, she spent 12 years at Gap brand where she played a significant role in building the brand and leading marketing campaigns across all Gap divisions.
Jamie graduated Cum Laude from Colgate University with a BA in Sociology. Jamie is passionate about supporting organizations that promote education of young children and is on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
