In 2022, TurboTax reported that the number of people filing for taxes with the profession of “creator” increased a whopping 207% year-over-year. Numbers aside, this is an encouraging sign that creativity truly is for everyone. While relatively new, it’s proof that a career as a creator is an accessible opportunity for a broad range of people. While creators are known as effective brand partners, they are also influential voices that can support social causes and rally communities. The question in a new era of collaborations then becomes - how do we harness this power for good?
