With over 20 years of experience in brand creation and revitalization, Ashley focuses on beauty and lifestyle with specializations in concept development, sustainable product design and omni-channel storytelling. She has built brands for: Alicia Keys, Calvin Klein, Vera Wang, Indigo, Donna Karan, Gucci, Kenzo Takada, Aveda, Avon and Esteé Lauder. Rosebrook is an award-winning leader who directs multi-disciplinary teams to build brands across all consumer touch points; from thumb-stopping packaging and engaging in-store experiences to 360 digital and social activations and culture driving Tiktok campaigns. She holds four U.S. design patents for her sustainable designs for e.l.f. Beauty’s Project Unicorn. Ashley lives in Westchester with her husband, two daughters and two cats.
