Chip Harding is Executive Vice President of Simon Media & Experiences at Simon Property Group, where he leads media, sponsorship, and out-of-home (OOH) efforts across Simon’s North American asset base. With over 30 years of global and domestic advertising, marketing, and sponsorship leadership, Harding has been instrumental in evolving Simon’s static signage into dynamic digital media platforms, driving growth in media monetization and strategic partnerships.

He joined Simon in 2002 and has since played a key role in connecting brands with Simon’s premier portfolio of retail destinations and consumer experiences, delivering innovative activations that engage audiences and generate measurable results. Prior to Simon, Harding held senior roles at Host Communications, collaborating with major broadcasters including CBS and ESPN on NCAA corporate sponsorship programs.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Harding serves on the board of the Digital Place-based Advertising Association (DPAA), reflecting his commitment to advancing innovation in out-of-home and place-based media. His career underscores a long-standing dedication to integrating media innovation with real estate and retail environments, creating impactful experiences for both brands and consumers.
