Beau Avril
SVP, Global Head of Media and Brand Partnerships

Beau Avril is SVP, Global Head of Media and Brand Partnerships at MrBeast, where he leads global monetization across all Beast platforms and channels. This includes media sales, branded content, IP licensing, events, experiences, and cross-platform global partnerships.
Prior to joining MrBeast, Beau led Global Product Solutions & Operations for TikTok's Global Agency and Accounts business, developing scaled monetization programs and platform innovations for the world’s largest advertisers and agency Hold Co's. Prior to TikTok, he served as SVP of Sales & Partnerships at Madison Square Garden’s Sphere, where he built and launched the commercial brand partnerships organization for the $2.3B Las Vegas venue.
During his time at Meta, Beau led Global Go-to-Market for Video & Ad Product Solutions, playing a key role in the company’s pivot to short-form video and driving the evolution of its full-funnel ads and content monetization strategy across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
Earlier in his career, Beau spent over a decade at Google and YouTube, where in addition to leading ad sales for Priority Accounts in the Finance, Entertainment, Auto, and Travel verticals, he launched and scaled several foundational global initiatives including the YouTube Partner Sales Program and Google Preferred/YouTube Select. He also led the post-acquisition integration of FameBit by YouTube (now YouTube Brand Connect) —building a full-service sales and business organization while overseeing the growth of the self-service influencer marketing platform.
