As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brand New, Kellie Pean oversees Strategy and Production at the agency. With nearly 20 years experience across an array of Tech, CPG and Media companies, her specialty lies in brand building from ideation to execution stages. Prior to co-founding Brand New, Kellie held a variety of Brand Marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Diageo North America before moving over into Media where she spearheaded Marketing for Valence Media (now Penske), across leading entertainment publications from Billboard to The Hollywood Reporter.

Graduating from Miami University of Ohio in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Business, Kellie launched her career in 2005 by working with Motorola’s Mobility division in Chicago. With a desire to lean more into the marketing and analytic side of business, she then attend The University of Chicago’s, Booth School of Business, where she received her M.B.A. in 2009 with concentrations in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship. A Midwesterner originally from Ohio, Kellie currently works out of the company’s New York City office and lives in Westchester with her husband and three children.
