With roots in Spain and Nicaragua and a childhood spent in Miami, Desiree’s multicultural background fuels her adaptability, ingenuity, and global perspective. She sees the world as a connected community—an outlook that sets her apart and makes her a natural bridge between people, ideas, and innovation.

A strategic marketer at heart, Desiree excels at forging meaningful connections between people, products, and partnerships. Her early career led her to ABC Television and Live Nation, but it was at Anheuser-Busch InBev—where she directed Commerce Marketing for some of America’s most iconic beer and beyond-beer brands, including Bud Light, Cacti, and Cutwater—that she truly discovered her purpose.

Now, as Vice President of Marketing at Beliv, she leads a dynamic beverage portfolio that includes the heritage Petit Nectar, High Brew cold-brew coffee, Mighty soda, Big Easy kombucha and pop drinks, Oca energy drinks, and more.

A master at making even the most complex challenges seem effortless, Desiree is also an Executive MBA candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. When she’s not steering brand strategy, she can be found in transit (quite literally—she’s an airplane citizen), immersed in meditation, hitting the slopes, or (aspirationally) preparing for the French Open.
