Tim founded his agency in Seattle's Chinatown in 2004 with the dream of creating meaningful dialogue between brands and consumers to inspire positive and social impact within diverse communities. Since inception, TDW+Co has produced over 1,000 campaigns, for 100 different brands, in 40 languages, including two of the largest Asian advertising campaigns in history with the COVID-19 public education campaign and the 2020 Census.
TDW+Co is fortunate to work client partners that share in its purpose including the AdCouncil, Alaska Airlines, Disney, Nike, Match Group, Panda Restaurant Group, P&G and the White House Initiative on AANHPIs, to name a few, and recognized by its peers across numerous industry and creative awards at ANA, Effie, 3AF, ADWEEK, and many others.
Today, Tim continues his passion for growing a vision for a more inclusive advertising industry while ensuring that TDW+Co lives out its mission, vision, and values. He maintains his voluntary duties in advocacy for social justice serving in board capacities for Asian Americans Advancing Justice / AAJC, 4As, NWNext and the NW Asian Weekly.
