Previously, as the EVP Head of Digital & Programmatic, Jen led 300+ experts in crafting consistent and best-in-class digital strategy and activation for dentsu’s portfolio of world-class clients.

With over two decades of expertise across programmatic, digital and TV; Jen is highly regarded as a key voice and trailblazer within the digital advertising industry. Jen’s leadership style is grounded in motivation and mentorship, this results in a proven track record of highly efficient, skillful and innovative teams.

With work spanning across a number of brands and multiple verticals including CPG, Automotive, Technology and Finance, Jen is committed to helping brands succeed by utilizing a consumer-centric approach. In every situation, she has a shown to be a leading contributor to developing teams and brands for success. In addition to her day-to-day tasks, Jen has a passion to help others succeed and mentors young female talent at her alma mater. Jen also spearheaded a program designed to highlight female leaders and voices within the workplace. Prior to joining the dentsu team, she began her career in digital media at United Online before specializing in programmatic at Vivaki.
