Sherry joined Scripps in 2017 through the acquisition of Katz, where she led brand strategy for the national networks division. She played a pivotal role in expanding the company's brand portfolio, contributing to the acquisition of ION and the launches of Scripps News and Scripps Sports.

A respected leader in branding and marketing, Sherry has held key roles at NBCUniversal, AMC Networks, and Condé Nast. She was honored as a Top Women Leader of New York in 2024 and is an active member of She Runs It, Chief, and Women in Cable Telecommunications. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Penn State University.
