After nearly a decade working client-side, Jason White returned to Wieden+Kennedy in 2023 to serve as President of the independent agency’s headquarters in Portland, Oregon. He brings with him over 20 years of experience as an award-winning marketing professional and has built a career creating culture-shaping ideas for Fortune 100 companies. He has acted as CMO across sport, entertainment, and cannabis industries for brands such as Fanatics Betting and Gaming, MTV, Beats by Dre, and Curaleaf.
In his first year back at W+K Portland, the agency won the Dan Wieden Titanium Grand Prix at the 2024 Cannes Lions Festival for their Super Bowl campaign, “DoorDash All the Ads.”
He is currently a board member for the diversity focused creative boot camp, Marcus Graham Project and Dan Wieden’s Caldera Arts camp. He is a member of the AAF Hall of Achievement, Forbes CMO Next List, Ebony Top 100 and is an 8x Cannes Lion Award recipient for Beats By Dr. Dre’s Straight Outta campaign.
