Roy Fleeman is the founder of Atlanta-based Office Hours studio and VP of Design at Vacation. His creative journey began in his childhood basement, watching his father hand-letter signs for local businesses. Influenced by that early craft, mid-’90s album art, and skateboarding t-shirts, Roy pursued graphic design at a small Georgia college.
After graduating, he spent several years at boutique advertising and branding agencies before launching his own studio in 2014. Since then, he’s created branding and packaging for clients including Sony Music, Patagonia, the City of Atlanta, and Vacation. In 2023, he joined Vacation full-time as VP of Design, where he leads a small team shaping the brand’s packaging and visual identity.
Roy’s work is defined by what he calls “a little bit of undesigned charm” — a timeless sensibility inspired by the simpler, less-digitized aesthetics of the late twentieth century.
