As Head of Integrated Communications for The Weather Company, Becca leads internal and external communications, content, events, and brand partnerships. She is passionate about building and empowering high-performing teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and delivering meaningful value to customers and stakeholders. Above all, she thrives on matchmaking—whether that's discovering the ideal story angle for a media pitch, identifying a brand partnership that's a natural fit, or designing an employee engagement initiative that truly resonates.

Throughout her career—from serving as Vice President of Communications at ExecOnline to partnering with Fortune 500 clients as Senior Vice President at Porter Novelli, and earlier roles at Bayer and The UPS Store (where she memorably appeared as one of Oprah's elves on her “Favorite Things” episode)—she has continued to fine tune the art of strategic narrative development across diverse industries.

A University of Michigan graduate, she serves on the board of directors for the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research. Originally from Pittsburgh, Becca now calls Atlanta home with her family.
