Chief Commercial Officer
Molson Coors
Michelle St. Jacques (“MSJ”) joined Molson Coors in 2019, first as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer before being promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in 2023. As CCO, MSJ oversees sales, marketing, innovation and capabilities across Molson Coors’ operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

A visionary leader with a knack for transformation, MSJ has helped to spearhead Molson Coors’ evolution from a legacy beermaker into a full-fledged beverage company, reenergizing and growing iconic beer brands like Coors Light, Miller Lite and Molson while also guiding the company into new spaces beyond traditional beer, including launching the industry’s top flavor innovations for each of the last three years. During her tenure as CMO, MSJ was also credited with building Molson Coors’ modern marketing capabilities, including a more data-centric approach and establishing the company’s in-house creative agency, Volt Studios.

Before joining Molson Coors, MSJ held various roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, leading global brands like Heinz and Kraft Mac & Cheese, and previously served in sales and marketing roles at Unilever and SC Johnson in the US and globally. Her work has been recognized by the likes of Cannes, D&AD and more, and in 2023, she was awarded Brand Genius Award from Adweek.

MSJ lives in Chicago with her husband, two sons, an overly-cuddly Labradoodle named Lou & a lizard named Zippy.
