Previously, Lee served as Chief Marketing Officer at Green Roads, where he led a comprehensive rebrand that transformed the company from a commodity business into a customer-loved wellness brand. He oversaw all marketing and brand functions, including e-commerce, social media, customer loyalty, and retail experience.

Lee has also held senior executive roles at Hearst, Yahoo, and Time Inc. As SVP of Hearst Magazines Digital Media, he built a marketing and branded content division that generated tens of millions in annual revenue while expanding the reach of iconic brands like Cosmopolitan. At Yahoo, he restructured and led the Strategic Solutions group for the U.S. and Canada, doubling revenue and advising international markets. At Time Inc., he helped establish Time Inc. Studios, producing advertiser-supported digital content and original television programming for brands like People and Sports Illustrated.

Lee brings a rare combination of business acumen and creative vision, holding an MBA from Columbia University and an MFA in Motion Picture Producing from USC. His ability to blend strategy, storytelling, and data-driven marketing has made him a leader in performance-driven brand building.
