As a mindfully innovative leader, Jason has played a pivotal role in transforming the Auto Club’s marketing strategy. He has shifted the focus from a direct response obsessed approach to a comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy. Additionally, he has targeted the acquisition of younger members to address the challenge of an aging member base.

To support these strategic shifts, Jason has implemented new tools and KPIs to measure media effectiveness throughout the funnel. This has justified increased investments in awareness and consideration media. He has also introduced several new marketing channels and tactics to generate interest and acquisition within the younger demographic. One of the most effective tactics has been creator marketing, which has quickly become one of the Auto Club's most successful channels for driving growth among younger members.
