Beth Gross is currently the Head of Commerce Media at Yahoo DSP. She has spent her entire career in the retail space, with a background that incorporates all aspects of marketing, including brand, shopper, retail media and ad tech.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Beth spent nine years working at The Mars Agency, where she led client teams executing shopper programs across all classes of trade. She created the Shopper Marketing discipline at Method Products and led a Perishable team for Safeway Corporate Brands.
