Victoria Bachan is President of Whalar’s global in-house talent management division – Whalar Talent, where she represents a diverse roster of world-class creators and leads the growing global Talent Management division.
Victoria manages some of today’s brightest creators, including Shorty Award winner Doug the Pug, who has amassed over 19 million fans, content creator Michelle Khare, now the host of HBO Max’s “KARMA,” visual artist and best-selling author Adam J.Kurtz, Crypto and Finance expert and TikTok creator, Taylor Price, 2021 TikTok Trailblazers Challan and Leo Gonzalez, among many others. She was also instrumental in launching the first-of-its-kind TikTik creator house, “The Crib Around the Corner,” to highlight Black content creators. She also recently helped launch a second house, Familia Fuego, highlighting Latinx talent.
Victoria is a seasoned and dynamic digital and crossover executive with experience working on both sides of the representation business. Prior to joining Whalar, Victoria was a Talent Manager at Authentic Talent and Literary Management, where she represented some of the top creators in the digital space. She also launched digital boutique management and consulting firm, Manor & Company, in 2015. Additionally, she has held roles at Sony Music and CAA. Victoria has managed deals for her clients with notable brands throughout her career, including Chevy, Dominos, Google, Nike, Planet Fitness, among others.
A champion of forging meaningful relationships between creators and brands, Victoria is a sought-after expert in the creator economy and entertainment space. She recently was named one of the top TikTok talent managers and agents helping shape the careers of creators by Business Insider and was named by Variety's UP NEXT Dealmakers 2019 List as one of Hollywood's young executives to watch in the entertainment industry. Also, under her leadership, the Whalar Talent roster is currently made up of 54% of talent that identify as belonging to a BIPOC community.
When Victoria isn't paving the way for some of today's most prominent creators, she is a mentor for South Asian executives and talent as a member of The Salon. In addition, she helps fundraising efforts for cancer research for the TJ Martell Foundation and funds for MusiCares.
