Andrew is a brand builder and business transformational leader with a trifecta approach combining strategy, creative and operations. He was most recently named VP, Marketing Strategy & Planning in October at IMAX for its Global Film Marketing team — a newly established role and function where he is driving long-lead sync planning and key strategic initiatives in support of the organization’s business roadmap.
Prior to his transition, he spent 7.5 years in the creative space where his most recent role was VP, Global Creative Marketing for IMAX Creative building an award-winning in-house creative team and overhauling its operating model. His creative thinking and business growth mindset can be credited to his 7 years of experience on the agency side working on strategic revenue-driving business initiatives for Fortune 500 brands.
He’s been a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor for 12 years and has been both a mentor and mentee in Adweek’s mentorship program.
