Anne has spearheaded a number of important initiatives for the retailer including leading the marketing for the Sephora at Kohl’s partnership and championing campaigns that support BIPOC brand founders. She also furthered Sephora’s mission to create the world’s most inclusive beauty community by leading work such as the limited content series “Foundation of Belleza,” which celebrates Latinx founders and their stories tied to generational beauty, and the documentary film “The Beauty of Blackness,” which follows the trajectory of iconic Black-owned cosmetics brand Fashion Fair.  Prior to her role at Sephora, Anne had an extensive career at Gap Inc., working across Athleta, Old Navy, and Banana Republic. Her diverse experience encompassed various marketing functions including brand marketing, partnerships, company strategy and marketing research.
