Fabiola Torres joined PepsiCo in April 2020 following the $3.85 billion acquisition of Rockstar Energy Drink. At PepsiCo, she oversees a team of 80 in the Energy category. Key initiatives she’s leading include an upcoming brand relaunch for Rockstar Energy and a new product launch for PepsiCo’s Energy portfolio slated for 2021.
Before joining PepsiCo, Torres directed marketing for iconic brands such as Nike and Apple’s Beats by Dre. A dedicated diversity advocate, Torres’ work has impacted brands on a global scale. She was a driving force of Women at Apple and a leader of the Hispanic community at Nike. Torres also is a frequent speaker at business forums, including Girl Boss and PULSE UCLA Anderson School of Management.
As an integrator and problem solver with global experience, she has implemented new market approaches and global marketing plans in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, resulting in double-digit growth for Nike and Apple’s Beats by Dre. One of her proudest achievements includes the Powerbeats Pro Unleashed campaign featuring some of today’s most prominent multi-sport athletes and generating significant global marketplace growth.
Torres is a graduate of the Universidad de Monterrey. In her free time, Faby enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three sons in Southern California.
