
Stephanie Rogers
Executive Vice President, Marketing
Stephanie Rogers is in her second season as executive vice president, marketing, where she oversees all aspects of the historic and iconic 49ers brand and fandom development. Her marketing team manages 49ers digital and social media accounts, video production, photography, graphic design, fan engagement initiatives, game entertainment, 49ers Flag, and more. Rogers’ department plays a major role in how the Faithful interacts with the team, both in-person and digitally.
After holding marketing rights in the UK and Mexico for several years, the 49ers recently added the UAE to their international strategy. Rogers was instrumental in the team’s bid process, which ultimately awarded UAE marketing rights and announced the 49ers as one of the first NFL clubs to enter the Middle East. In 2025, Rogers’ team planned and hosted a youth flag football coaching clinic. This was the first-ever NFL club activation in the UAE.
Rogers also led the 49ers marketing team’s Visual Refresh in 2025. This multi-faceted brand kit update breathed new life into the iconic 49ers brand and was showcased across all social platforms, the team website, official 49ers app, email communications, and beyond. Additionally, the Visual Refresh extended into the best-in-class fan experience at Levi’s Stadium.
Rogers comes to the 49ers from the Vegas Golden Knights, where she spent two years as vice president of marketing and helped establish the organization’s brand as an NHL expansion team. Her 15 years of sports marketing experience also includes time in collegiate athletics and the PGA TOUR. She was previously named to the 2021 Class of Adweek Rising.
Originally from Iowa and a proud Hawkeye, Rogers holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa. She currently resides in the Bay Area with her husband, Adam, and dog, Acie.
