A 20-year industry veteran, she leads the media practice across strategy, planning, activation, and measurement, while overseeing disciplines including programmatic, search, and social.

Hyun has dedicated her career to connecting media investments to real business impact through data-driven storytelling. During her tenure at Good Apple, she has more than doubled the core media team, created new revenue streams, and expanded media capabilities. She has helped healthcare clients develop award-winning, multi-channel media strategies to drive successful product launches for blockbuster brands, delivering strong ROI alongside education to rare disease brands.

A sought-after industry voice on media and AI, Hyun has been at the forefront of driving awareness and education around how machine learning and algorithms can be leveraged across the media value chain — from planning to activation and measurement. She is a frequent speaker at leading events including AdExchanger's Programmatic I/O, ANA's Joint Commerce Marketing and Brand Management Committee Meeting, and DigiPharma Connect, and has been quoted in publications including The Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, and MM+M. Before joining Good Apple in 2013, Hyun had over a decade of experience in media across pharmaceutical, travel, entertainment, financial, and e-commerce industries. At Viggle, she helped launch the brand in 2012 and grew the user base to over 8 million users. Before that, she led digital media strategy at Razorfish for clients including Gilt Groupe, Starwood Hotels, and Merck, earning recognition from DTC and Mediapost for award-winning campaigns.

Hyun holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from NYU's Stern School of Business.
