She built the US Omnichannel Center of Excellence, implementing best-in-class marketing technology for campaign automation and personalization, centralizing media strategy & buying, enterprise content supply chain, and creating an efficient, scalable operating model for the US across therapeutic areas.
Before Novo Nordisk, Ericka was a Brand Marketing leader in women's health, launching the first dual-label Rx-OTC contraceptive product. She also worked across Oncology, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Rare Disease as an Agency leader. Ericka is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity.
