Sarah Kramer is the US and Global Chief Executive Officer of Spark Foundry, the Publicis Media agency named the 2025 #1 best-performing network in North America by RECMA.

A steadfast leader with a vision for growth, Sarah operates on the belief that client success starts with agency culture. She is known for balancing a drive for market-leading results with a genuine passion for her team’s growth and well-being. By combining deep, data-driven business insights with rigorous performance systems, she consistently helps clients deliver exceptional business outcomes.

A 20+ year veteran of Publicis Groupe, Sarah knows the business from the ground up. She began her career in media buying at Starcom and has held leadership roles across every discipline, including acting as interim CEO for Starcom Greater China. Her expertise spans automotive, CPG, finance, BevAlc, QSR, retail, and technology with blue chip clients including Coca-Cola, GM, Kraft, Microsoft, Mondelez, P&G, and Walmart.

Outside of the office, Sarah is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of female leaders. She is the President of Board of Directors and coach for Safe Haven—a non-profit dedicated to building confidence in girls through sports. Additionally, she serves on the Ad Council’s Board of Directors, setting industry best practices, and is an executive sponsor of She Runs It, where she advocates for women’s advancement in advertising, and sits on the board of the Lighthouse Guild.

Sarah’s impact has been widely recognized by the industry. She has been named as Campaign US’ “Inspiring Women,” Campaign US 40 over 40, Ad Age’s “Leading Women,” and an “Adweek Media All-Star.” She Runs It recognized her as a leader in its “Changingthe Game Awards.”

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, where she continues to give back as a member of the Tippie College of Business School of Management Advisory Council.
