
Megan Pagliuca
Chief Product Officer
Megan Pagliuca is the Chief Product Officer for Omnicom Media Group in North America. She is responsible for leading the vision, practice, product evolution, and platform adoption of OMG across all media channels. As Chief Product Officer, she also defines OMG’s product strategy, spearheads proprietary product solutions, and champions data-driven innovation to accelerate growth and industry leadership. Megan previously served as OMG’s Chief Activation Officer for 4 years.
An ad tech veteran, Megan began her career at Right Media, the first advertising exchange where she led the Demand Side Platform business. Megan then built Merkle’s digital media practice, bridging the worlds of CRM & media. She joined Omnicom in 2015 as the CEO of Accuen, OMG’s programmatic division. In 2017 she became Chief Data & Media Officer of Hearts & Science, where she led the application of programmatic thinking to mass media channels.
Megan resides in the Miami metro area with her family, where she enjoys teaching her daughters how to swim.
