Steve Cundari is the Co-Founder and Partner of Summit House, an award-winning venture studio of founder-led, specialized agencies built to help brands grow faster through strategy, creativity, and innovation. Based in Los Angeles, Steve brings more than a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and marketing leader, having scaled B2B and B2C brands across entertainment, technology, hospitality, sports, and consumer goods.
Before launching Summit House, Steve founded a staffing firm that was acquired in 2014 and later built a tactical property management platform that was acquired in 2017. Known for guiding companies through pivotal growth moments, he has helped organizations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, unlock new markets, strengthen their brand strategy, and accelerate expansion.
Under Steve’s leadership, Summit House has become an influential force in modern marketing, earning top industry honors, including CLIOs, EMMYS, and film festival award recognition. Its collective of specialty agencies operates as one integrated ecosystem, supporting a roster of brands that includes Spotify, DirecTV, LIV Golf, Starbucks, Dick’s Sporting Goods, the NBA, NFL, Simple Modern, Meta, and Nintendo, to name a few. Steve also advises and invests in several early-stage companies and venture funds, extending his passion for building and scaling businesses beyond Summit House.
