She leads one of the most iconic on‑the‑go snack brands in the U.S., driving growth through brand building, commercial leadership, and healthier snacking solutions for younger generations.
With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Carolina has held senior roles across business development, marketing, and sales in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. She is recognized for transforming businesses, repositioning brands, and leading organizations through strategic and cultural change. Previously, she served as General Manager of Fresh Beauty at LVMH North America and spent eight years at Danone, including as Chief Marketing Officer of the Waters division in North America. Earlier in her career, Carolina spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble in senior sales and marketing roles. Originally from Colombia, Carolina is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and is passionate about building healthier lifestyles and mentoring the next generation of women leaders.
