Lauren Weinberg is the Chief Marketing Officer of Supergoop!, where she oversees brand, social and growth marketing, product innovation, creative, consumer insights, CRM, strategic partnerships, and communications as the company continues to redefine everyday sun protection. A veteran marketing leader with a track record of scaling modern, consumer-centric brands, she brings more than two decades of experience driving transformation across global technology and consumer organizations.

Most recently, Lauren served as Chief Marketing Officer at Peloton, leading global brand and growth during a pivotal period of transition. Her work sharpened company strategy, elevated efficiency, and delivered meaningful business impact. Prior to that, she was Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Square, where she helped scale the business internationally, launched the company’s first global brand campaign, and supported major acquisitions, including Weebly and Afterpay. Earlier in her career, Lauren held senior leadership roles at Yahoo, MTV, AOL, Nielsen, and comScore.

Recognized as one of Forbes’ 50 Most Entrepreneurial CMOs and an Adweek Top CMO, Lauren is also a mentor, advisor, and co-author of the bestselling guide for small business owners, “Self-Made Boss.” She remains engaged with academic and industry communities, frequently lecturing at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and serving on the CMO Council of Project Healthy Minds.
