Wes Felix
Co-founder of Always Alpha and Co-founder and CEO of Saysh
Wes Felix has a distinguished athletic and leadership background. As an All-American and captain of USC’s Track Team, he excelled in both competition and academics, studying political science and film. After graduation, his track success led to a Nike sponsorship, but illness derailed his 2008 Olympic Trials bid.
Shifting focus, Wes founded Evolve Management Agency, shaping the brands of top female athletes, including his sister, Allyson Felix, while advocating for maternal protections in sports. In 2021, he co-founded Saysh, a women’s specific performance footwear brand, and in 2024, he co-created Always Alpha, the first talent management firm dedicated entirely to women’s sports.
