Joy Robins is global chief advertising officer of The New York Times Company since May 2023. She leads the Company’s global advertising business and strategy across the U.S. and EMEA, and T Brand, the content studio within New York Times Advertising. With 20 years of experience in media, Joy enhances consumer products through innovative advertising. Before coming to The Times, Joy was chief revenue officer at The Washington Post and held roles at Quartz, NBC News Digital, BBC Worldwide and more. Joy is on the Ad Council and MMA boards and was featured on Ad Age’s 40 under 40 and Women to Watch lists. A Rutgers graduate, she is based in New York.
