Ndidi Oteh, the newly appointed global CEO of Accenture Song, is a leader with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Currently, she serves as the Accenture Song Americas lead, where she has been pivotal in overseeing a portfolio that consistently delivers for clients across 13 industries. Her expertise in integrating diverse capabilities, including marketing, commerce, design, digital products, and generative AI, has been crucial to the success of the Americas region.

Ndidi’s career began in a retail store, where she discovered her passion for crafting exceptional consumer experiences and leading teams to achieve tangible results. 

After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, she moved to a retail buying office, where she honed her skills in managing pricing promotions and developing impactful marketing activations and campaigns. Her foundational experience in retail expanded as she worked across multiple functions, including marketing, merchandising, product development, and strategy, collaborating with world-renowned brands such as Disney, Nike, Ralph Lauren, Levi's, Estée Lauder, MAC, Chanel, Lancôme, and Martha Stewart.

Since joining Accenture, Ndidi has been a trusted strategic advisor to many of the world’s leading Fortune 500 companies, guiding them through complex digital transformations and helping them achieve breakthrough growth. She has also been instrumental in building several of Accenture’s largest and most strategic accounts. Ndidi’s leadership is characterized by her focus on fostering cultures where creativity and technology can thrive, recognizing that this synergy is essential for delivering innovative solutions and sustained client value.
