Where will Brandweek programming take place?
Daily content including Main Stage sessions, Breakouts, Masterclass sessions, meals, networking and activities will all take place at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami, Florida. Special excursions and activities including the private tour of Hard Rock Stadium and the SeaFair yacht night will take place at their respective venues.
Will transportation be provided?
Attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the airport however, transportation to all Brandweek sanctioned events and experiences (private tour of Hard Rock Stadium on Monday evening) will be provided at no additional cost.
A special group rate for airport transfers will be provided through a local transportation company in the coming weeks.
Are hotel accommodations included in the price of passes?
The price of hotel accommodations are not included in the pass price.
When is check in for Brandweek?
Attendees are encouraged to check in on Sunday, September 11 any time after 12 p.m. The Havana Nights Welcome Reception will begin at the InterContinental Hotel's Sky Lawn at 6 p.m. Registration for Sunday is 12 – 5 pm.
Which pass type is right for me?
The correct pass type is determined by the type of company or organization by whom you are employed.
The Consumer Brand Pass: To be eligible for the Consumer Brand pass, you must be employed by an organization whose primary business is B-to-C (CPG, DTC, etc.). Note: The Consumer Brand pass includes access to Day 5: Brandweek Presents the Metaverse.
The Agency Pass: If you are employed by an Agency, even if you work on a consumer brand account, The Agency Pass is the correct pass for you. Note: The Agency pass includes access to Day 5: Brandweek Presents the Metaverse.
The Technology, Media, Solution Provider Pass: If the organization by whom you are employed is a consultancy, technology, media, or any other business whose primary business is providing a service to another organization (b-2-b) the Tech, Media, Solution Provider Pass is the correct pass for you. Note: The Technology, Media Solution Provider pass includes access to Day 5: Brandweek Presents the Metaverse.
Virtual Pass: There is no company type designation for virtual passes, any classification is eligible to register for the virtual pass.
Day 5 Brandweek Presents the Metaverse: There is no company type designation for Day 5 passes, any classification is eligible to register for the Day 5 pass. Please note, Day 5 Pass Holders will only have access to Brandweek on Day 5.
Please note: Brandweek/Adweek reserves the right to change your pass type if you register for the incorrect pass type and you may be responsible any difference in price.
Can I attend just one day of Brandweek?
One-day passes are available for Day 5 only: Brandweek Presents the Metaverse. All other passes include five days of programming, special activities, networking events, an award gala and more.
Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my pass?
Refunds will not be granted for any pass types. However, you may receive a credit to be used for a future Adweek event (valid for one (1) year) or you may transfer your pass to a colleague. To request a credit or transfer your pass to a colleague, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have access to on-demand content?
All standard Brandweek Passes (The Consumer Brand Pass, The Agency Pass and The Tech, Media, Solution Provider Pass) will have access to all five days of main stage and masterclass content on-demand for one (1) year following the event. Content will be available 72 hours after the session’s day wraps.
Virtual passes will have access to all five days of main stage and masterclass content on-demand for one (1) year following the event. Content will be available 72 hours after the original session times.
Day 5: Brandweek Presents the Metaverse pass holders will have access to Day 5 content for one (1) year following the event.
Do I get a one (1) year Adweek+ digital subscription?
The one (1) year digital Adweek+ subscription benefit of The Consumer Brand Pass, The Agency Pass and The Tech, Media, Solution Provider Pass benefit is only valid for new subscribers. Complimentary passes and some discounted passes are not eligible for this benefit. If you are eligible to receive the one (1) year digital Adweek+ subscription benefit, you will receive an email from Adweek with instructions on how to access your subscription.

As society and business emerge from the pandemic, Adweek echoes the industry’s enthusiasm and interest in coming together once again. The health and safety of our attendees, partners, speakers and staff are Adweek’s highest priority.
All events will adhere to local and national safety parameters, as deemed appropriate by relevant authorities; and each event will additionally implement health and safety guidelines as needed with our venue partners.
Any individual attending an event hosted by Adweek is required to adhere to health and safety requirements as deemed necessary by local and state health authorities, and the venue site. We ask that you please remain home if you are feeling ill.
