Thomas (Tom) J. Foti is Vice President, Product Solutions with over three decades of postal experience. Throughout his career, Tom has worked across the postal industry to develop and execute key business and product strategies that drive financial performance and improve customers’ experiences. He developed and continues to lead growth initiatives for the USPS including Every Door Direct Mail, Informed Delivery, promotions and incentives. His prior responsibilities include Director of New Products & Innovation for Mailing Services, Executive Director of the World Class International Platform and Executive Director, Product Management. He has also had past executive responsibilities in Operations and Engineering. Tom has a bachelor's degree in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.
