In her role on 160/90’s Cultural Strategy and Insights (CSI) team, Victoria specializes in brand strategy and 360-degree communications planning --- tapping the agency’s breadth of insights around people + pop culture, along with the network’s unrivaled access and influence, to build relevance for the world’s most iconic brands (and many of the innovative brands fresh on the scene).

Armed with wide-ranging expertise and experience, Victoria thrives on designing solutions that leverage cross-functional collaboration with colleagues and experts across Research & Analytics, Strategy & Creative, Entertainment Marketing, PR/Comms, Influencer, Partnerships, Experiential, and Media Distribution. Before joining 160over90 in 2013, Victoria helped build a digital innovation practice at a boutique agency in Austin, Texas.

Set amongst the backdrop of rapidly evolving demographics, technologies, and social progress, Victoria brings her unique perspective as a Black, digital native from the LGBTQ+ community to bear as she creates space for positive impact and champions the power of cultural connectivity to shape not only brand and business, but the world at large.
