Celeste’s professional journey has been driven by her passion for culture driving creativity and her affinity for the development of people, organizations and brands.

Most recently, Celeste held a leadership role at Mother where she oversaw the west coast Mothering Department as well as executive client relationships.

Prior to Mother, Celeste was the EVP, Group Account Director at Chemistry Agency, a 3-time Ad Age Small Agency of the year winner. In her time at Chemistry, she spearheaded the agency’s sports, F&B, and entertainment clients including Netflix, The Atlanta Falcons, MLS’ Atlanta United FC and more, in addition to driving organizational development and change as a member of the agency’s leadership council.

Hecho is familiar territory for Celeste as she was an employee of 72andSunny when Hecho Studios originally launched. At that time, she managed the day to day for several brands including Starbucks, Target, Sonos, and the Los Angeles Olympic bid for the 2028 games.

Hailing from Detroit, MI, Celeste is a lifelong athlete and former All-American Field Hockey player at Boston University. She credits her participation in sports for her competitive nature, approach toward teamwork and ability to maintain a sense of calm under high pressure situations.

Celeste is a passionate person and she is particularly passionate about the identification and development of underrepresented people in creative fields and she treasures every opportunity she has to mentor young professionals.

Celeste is now based in Atlanta, GA with her husband, CCO and Partner at Chemistry agency and their two daughters. One who is following her parents' steps in the creative production field and the other who is currently a Division 1 Volleyball player.
