Alex Yang is the founder and president of Boost Engine, a social commerce technology and services company named TikTok Shop’s 2026 Annual Ecosystem Partner of the Year. Under his leadership, Boost Engine has supported more than 100 consumer brands and grown its managed portfolio to over $20 million in monthly GMV.
Alex leads the company’s strategy, U.S. operations, and AI product development. Boost Engine’s technology portfolio includes AutoBoost, a self-service platform used by hundreds of merchants and powered by data on more than five million Creators, and OperaX, an agentic AI operating system that connects business goals, data, decision-making, and execution across commerce operations.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Oregon and the University of Pennsylvania.
